Recycling/Compost/Trash

Recycling/Trash/Compost

Each Suite will be equipped with compost & recycling bins (provided by Building Management) based on the number of employees in the suite.  The tenant is responsible for providing their own trash bins.  The Building is enrolled in a program designed to maximize savings and reduce waste; if a 75% diversion rate is reached (meaning only 25% of the items that leave the building are trash), a 75% discount will be applied.  This savings is then passed on to all tenants. The janitorial crew will only remove the normal amount of trash and recycling allowed per suite.

Excessive Trash or Recycling

In the event a tenant has excessive trash or recycling they must call the Management Office to arrange a special daytime trash and recycling pick-up.
